**Job Description**:
The **Systems Administrator** is responsible for deploying Intelerad's software solutions and maintaining the company’s internal systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for Intelerad under the G-Suite and Microsoft 365 platforms.

You will work as part of a team to deploy and support/troubleshoot remotely on Linux servers and Windows servers, which are used by the internal corporate structure.

Specifically, the operations entail configuration, deployment, upgrades, maintenance and analysis of Intelerad's internal systems, software, and workflow solutions so having a creative approach to unique problems is important.

You will work with all teams during mergers and acquisitions to integrate sister company IT systems and environments, therefore the ability to self manage with given tasks and direction is crucial.

There will be potential requirements for working outside of regular office hours to minimize operational disruptions for the various teams and departments within Intelerad in case of emergencies and also to be part of an on-call rotation. After the initial training period, the schedule will be flexible outside of core business hours.
- Build new servers in virtual environments to help the Corporate IT operations
- Develop strategies and configurations to perform software deployments and upgrades
- Perform proper testing after implementing changes
- Develop expertise to understand the impacts of different operations and changes
- Troubleshoot issues and outages, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend repairs, changes, and upgrades
- Suggest and participate in documentation maintenance and improvements in IT processes
- Create requested reports from various systems and platforms and maintain ease of readability
- Provide support to the IT Specialist team as an issue escalation point
- Participate in on-call rotation to assist with emergencies reported after hours
- Work on weekends, after hours and holidays when needed

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience with systems administration across multiple operating systems
- 3+ years of experience in technical support for end users
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office and other 365 platforms such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis and recommending solutions
- Experience with virtualization concepts
- Demonstrate common knowledge of networking concepts and functionality
- Demonstrate ability to automate processes on various systems and platforms
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and dedication to results
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to absorb new information at a fast pace
- Excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Familiarity with ITIL standards and procedures
- Working knowledge of ticketing systems and SLA requirements
- Advanced knowledge of the following platforms:

- Microsoft 365 SaaS
- Windows 10 and Windows Server operating systems
- Redhat Enterprise Linux 7 & 8 or Debian based distros
- Strong knowledge of scripting/coding:

- Python
- PowerShell
- Bash/Shell scripting
- SQL
- Asset Management
- Reading system logs
- Networking concepts
