- Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Clean guestrooms--Sweep, mop, dust, make beds, change sheets, clean bathrooms and inside windows
- Replenish rooms with supplies--distribute clean towels and toiletries
- Attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies
- Proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Remove soiled linen from rooms, retrieval of clean linen from linen closets
- Stock linen closets and other supplies’ areas
- Provide basic information on facilities, and report necessary maintenance items
- Update and record all cleaned rooms
- Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards
- Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Employment Qualifications and Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- Minimum 1-year work experience in luxury hotel environment or a combination of vocational training and experience
- Must physically be able to: lift up to 50lbs, carry objects weighting up to 75lbs (including pushing equipment), stoop, kneel, reach, stand, walk, bend, twist, push, see, and hear
- Your Skills Include:
- Good working knowledge of the English language
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Possessing standard guest/customer service skills
- High level of responsibility and commitment
- Salary/Wage: $17.50
