Located on Victoria’s beautiful inner harbour, the Hotel Grand Pacific is looking for more Room Attendants to support our operations. As a member of the Housekeeping team, you will play an integral role in helping our independent hotel provide a superior level of service to our guests.
- Job Requirements/Qualifications:

- **Job Description and Responsibilities**:

- Clean guestrooms--Sweep, mop, dust, make beds, change sheets, clean bathrooms and inside windows
- Replenish rooms with supplies--distribute clean towels and toiletries
- Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies
- Proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Remove soiled linen from rooms, retrieval of clean linen from linen closets
- Stock linen closets and other supplies' areas
- Provide basic information on facilities, and report necessary maintenance items
- Update and record all cleaned rooms
- Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards

**Employment Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hotel environment is an asset
- Must physically be able to: lift up to 50lbs, carry objects weighting up to 75lbs (including pushing equipment), stoop, kneel, reach, stand, walk, bend, twist, push, see, and hear
