Reporting directly to the Vice President of Digital Marketing, you will work closely with a talented team of marketers to drive impactful campaigns. Please note this position is working at our London, Ontario office.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online deliverables to our clients.

**Market Research**: Identify target audiences, industry trends, and opportunities to optimize marketing efforts.

**SEO Optimization**:

- Research and implement effective keywords to improve search engine rankings.
- Optimize website elements, including titles, meta descriptions, and alt tags.
- Create and refine website content and blogs to align with SEO best practices.

**Link-Building**: Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable sources.

**Blog Writing**: Creating SEO rich blogs for client websites.

**Content Collection**: Capturing high-quality content through videography, photography, and drone footage for use across digital platforms. _(Nice to have)_

**Analytics & Reporting**: Utilize tools like SEMrush and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.

**Industry Trends**: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications or hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.

Pay: From $41,000.00 per year
