**Job Overview**:
As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our day-to-day operations. This position requires a versatile individual with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with various teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Promptly respond to phone inquiries, process orders, and address warranty concerns.
- Accurate preparation of shipments, packing, and Dealer pickup orders.
- Follow proper procedures for handling returns, issuing refunds, and invoicing.
- Responsible for branch inventory and replenish supplies.
- Establish a well-organized, clean, and safe branch environment while maximizing front office efficiency.

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Assist with Showroom and in the handling of any in-person escalations
- Responsible for the coordination of shipment pickups with couriers
- Conduct outbound calls for the Branch for house accounts
- Assist off-site Sales team with preparation and transfers including supporting the sales department with the creation of rental agreements, ordering displays, etc.

**Backup Responsibilities**:

- General Organization and upkeep
- Miscellaneous office tasks
- Additionally, support the team and branch manager where needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
