As we build our first Commercial Demonstration Unit and ramp up commercial sales, we’re searching for a Strategic Operations Associate—a first-of-its-kind role for our fast-growing team.Why This Role Is UniqueThis is not your typical operations job. As a Strategic Operations Associate, you’ll blend executive support with hands-on strategic responsibilities, gaining exposure across operations, finance, investor relations, and marketing. You’ll work directly with company leadership, tackle high-impact projects, and help shape the future of a company that’s redefining what’s possible for the planet and the marketplace.What You’ll DoBe the CEO’s Right Hand: Manage complex scheduling, travel, and confidential matters for the CEO, ensuring the executive team runs at peak performance.Engage with Our Investors: Research potential investors, prepare compelling decks and reports, and help maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners.Deliver Strategic Insights: Conduct business analysis, support project coordination, and help prioritize initiatives that move the company forward.Amplify Our Brand: Manage social media presence, support marketing campaigns, and ensure our brand story is clear and consistent.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic projects and operational execution.What You BringBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus5 years of relevant experience (operations, consulting, finance, or marketing)Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsIntegrity and discretion in handling confidential informationProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and presentation toolsCuriosity about finance, operations, and marketing—and a desire to grow into senior leadershipWhy Carbonova?Join a purpose-driven team where your ambition, ideas, and drive will be valued and developed.
