**Operations Associate with Accounting / Bookkeeping College Education.**

We are looking for an Operations Associate who has recent college level education with accounting / bookkeeping to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the operations team. Additionally you will have the ability to take on other diverse tasks within a fun growth focus organization.

We are looking for a recent college graduate (Business Administration) with or without experience who wants to work in a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities in addition to accounting / bookkeeping support

  • Manage office supplies, order new supplies as needed
  • Manage and maintain office filing systems
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment
  • Manage incoming and outgoing product shipments
  • Support company events

You will be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of bookkeeping activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and bank reconciliations. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports and providing support on various operational projects.

In addition, you should be able to work independently and be organized and detail-oriented. You should have good communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
