The CSR will manage the Load Levelling process as vehicles are moved from drop off location to repair facility and back again. Under the direction of the National Director of Operations, the CSR’s main responsibilities are reviewing and noting damages and non related damage on customer vehicles, determine where the repairs should be completed within our Network of shops, arrange for towing, and provide updates on repair status.

**The daily route of a Customer Service Representative**:

- Review client’s vehicles for related and not related damages.
- Take photos of all damages, not related damages, and general condition.
- Communicate to client’s, on what to expect through the repair process.
- Obtain repair authorization from clients.
- Sell the CRE Services and provide an outstanding customer service.
- Create and follow up on appointments.
- Coordinate with driver to pick up and drop off vehicles.
- Prepare Intake and Delivery paperwork.
- Collaborate with each shop’s production manager and sales team to ensure vehicles are on track for timely delivery.
- Communicate and interact with clients and insurance partners.
- Inspect repaired vehicles for final quality, meet with customer when picking up vehicle, review vehicle and paperwork to ensure their satisfaction.
- Take payments for deductibles, customer pay work, etc.
- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to comply with all health & safety procedures
- Other related tasks as required.

**The pilot we are looking for**:

- High School or equivalent (GED)
- At least 2 years of experience working as a customer service representative, for a body shop preferred.
- Excellent driving record as well as a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Superior customer relation skills
- Organizational skills
