**General Labourers**

**O'Hanlon Paving, a proud member of The Fath Group of Companies, **has been a key player in the Edmonton, road construction industry for over 65 years. We pride ourselves in the quality of our finished projects, our strong safety culture, and our opportunities for employee development. We are currently looking for general labourers to join our operations. These are seasonal full-time positions working on crews in various locations throughout Edmonton and environs.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist various construction crews with labour duties
- Work with mínimal supervision
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Some experience in road construction labour duties will be an asset
- Ability to work continuously for prolonged periods of time
- Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
- High attention to detail and ability to follow directions is required
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to consistently communicate in a courteous and professional manner is required
- Willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends

**Additional Information**:

- This is a seasonal position and is eligible for over-time
- Opportunity for local employment within Edmonton
- Training will be provided for various activities
- We offer excellent wages and a health and benefits plan with the eligibility to participate after 3 months. There is also the possibly of continuing during the winter months upon meeting the necessary requirements.
- Potential on-call work during the winter months during snow removal and early spring sweeping season
