**We are currently seeking an energetic, customer service-oriented individual who has previous experience working in a manufacturing / quality / warehouse / supervisor capacity, to work proactively with our Team Leads and Customers.**

**Our Team Leads service our employees at/on customer /Hearn work sites and the Supervisor would be required to directly monitor Team Leads and ensure customer satisfaction.**

**The Supervisor would be responsible for learning the scope of the job, and ensure all Team Leads are trained, and working to specification.**

**Key job duties include**:

- Work with clients to understand the needs of the job, environment, and ensure compliance to specifications; ensure all Team Leads are training employees in site specific requirements, safety expectations and protocols and job expectations.
- Ensure a clear understanding of the work process/scope, time frames and contingency planning where needed; meet customer requirements to have jobs completed with accuracy and efficiency;
- Ensure all Team Leads meet with and train new employees on specific customer site and job requirements as needed;
- Ensure all time and attendance reports are completed by employees and authorized, submitted on a daily basis;
- Oversee Team Leads while on assignments - will be required to travel from various customer sites ensuring processes are running smoothly and efficiently and team members are adequately supported for the job tasks at hand;
- Liaise with the Management Team and Customer if concerns or issues arise that cannot be resolved at Team Leader levels.

**Required qualifications for this job are**:

- Minimum 3-year prior experience working in a warehousing, automotive, manufacturing or quality related role.
- High school graduate, with post secondary education preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience
- Valid G license and reliable transportation a must, and **must also be willing to drive to customer locations when required (mileage compensated);**
- Able to work Days/Afternoons and be on call if necessary
- Other duties to be assigned as required
- Must have internet access from home
- Cell phone to be provided

**Wage & Shifts**:

- $19.00/hr. Wage Increase and benefits available after 90-day probationary period.
- Days and Afternoons; times vary depending on location.
- Saturdays are mandatory when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
