Requirements:

• 5 -10 years of supervisory or management experience
• Knowledge of the automotive or manufacturing industries is considered an asset.
• Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanor.
• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly motivated, with superb interpersonal and leadership skills
• Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines, multiple priorities and fluctuating and conflicting schedules
• Must have superior time management skills and the ability to multi-task with multiple projects
• First Aid skills and/or certificates are considered an asset

Necessary Requirements for Applicants:

• Hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record

Responsibilities and Duties:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Support shall follow the product throughout the plant to rectify issues along the way.
• Perform launch responsibilities for the manufacturing plant using principles and methodologies for all domains through application of the workplace integration process (WIP).
• Work cross-functionally with all departments in the manufacturing plant.
• There is daily interaction with the plant's various build teams.
• Assist with the plant's complexity reduction initiatives

This position is worked offsite on location of client.
