**Summary**: Ground Effects is looking for a **Production** **Supervisor** on the Midnights Shift to assist the Production department at Ground Effects largest plant in Windsor Ontario.

**Job Duties**
1. Comply with the provisions of the O.H.S.A. and requirements and take every precaution reasonable in the circumstances for the protection of the workers.
2.Ensure that general housekeeping practices are adhered to.
3. Ensure that daily preventive maintenance schedules are being adhered to.
4. Establish and maintain communication with other people in roles of responsibility to ensure that production is operating effectively and efficiently
5. Ensure that employees are following all rules and codes of conduct established in the employee Handbook.
6. Ensure that all new personnel receives appropriate training on their job so that they are aware of Quality, Productivity and Safety requirements.
7. Provide leadership and direction to direct reports which includes work assignments, attendance management and performance management
8. Ensure production quota's are being met.

**Requirements**:
1. 2-4 years of supervisory experience in the automotive sector is a must
2. Familiar with TS and ISO requirements.
3. Minimum grade 12 education, post secondary education preferred
4. Blue print reading knowledge.
5. Excellent communication and organization skills.
6. Demonstrate computer skills
7. Must be meeting standards of current position.
8. Must have computer skills; including Windows, Lotus and MS Office
9. Health and Safety, First Aid and CPR training an asset
