**What you do**:

- **Demonstrate **compassion** **and** **empathy** for our customers by understanding their situations, needs, and offering solutions
- **Outbound calls **to collect on overdue accounts by negotiating appropriate repayment plans with customers
- **Support retail operations **by managing customer accounts and collection activities on delinquent/past due accounts
- **Manage accounts receivables** by ensuring exceptional execution results in the collection of our financial loans
- **Document** collections activities and processes through superior administration skills
- Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
- Good math skills with the ability to perform basic calculations
- Prior experience in at least one of the following core areas is a strong asset: call center, customer service, retail sales, collections, and consumer loan industry
- Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, credit)
