**Overview**

Our
**Fort**
**McMurray** location is currently looking for a
**Dispatcher**
**(Temporary)** to join the team Our Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating incoming customer requests with the appropriate equipment and personnel in a smooth and efficient manner. This involves establishing and maintaining good communication lines between all parties to ensure excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Fosters and contributes to a safe work environment;
- Will be required to take phone calls from clients and personnel during evenings, weekends and while on rotation;
- Delegates job requests to qualified operator and assigns laborers if required - includes ensuring that all tools, fittings and hoses needed for the job are communicated to the operators;
- Arranges for maintenance and repair work;
- Coordinates wash bay and yard personnel;
- Maintains hours of service on all equipment operators;
- Ensures pricing and billing is correct.

**Qualifications**
- Previous dispatching or (field) management experience;
- Class 5 drivers’ license;
- Excellent communication skills, handling customers, clients and staff;
- Strong computer skills;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office related programs;
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Proven commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
