In this role, you will be a part of the category management team and your focus will be on supporting the Canadian market. You’ll provide critical insights and analytical support to drive Vileda cleaning tools category sales and gain market share. This role supports various functions such as sales, marketing, and customers by delivering on-going sales performance reporting of Vileda business and categories.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop compelling data driven presentations for accounts, including business updates, new product sell in, or key strategy implementation
- Assist the key account managers by participating in the presentation of analytics and recommendations
- Investigate business issues on an ad hoc basis using sales data, leveraging problem solving tactics to determine reasoning and recommendations
- Compile POS data from sources such as Nielsen Answers, Home Depot VendorDrill, and retailer collaboration gateways
- Oversee monthly updates of category, channel, and shopper insights to internal teams through syndicated and internal data

**Qualifications**:

- Must be bilingual French/English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics/Analytics, Marketing, or another relevant field strong preferred
- 4+ years of relevant retail CPG experience including category management, pricing promotion analysis, and sales planning
- Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; experienced with IRI, Nielsen or previous syndicated research systems
- Ability to develop internal and external presentations to small and large groups, and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and retail partners
- Experience with financial acumen; knowledge of P&L and core metrics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$115,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
