**Overview**

The Marketing Coordinator will be a key support in the firm's marketing department, responsible for managing projects and initiatives aimed at serving the firm, the lawyers and their practices. This role demands a team player with exceptional time management and attention to detail, strong project management skills and a passion for client engagement activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage marketing campaigns and initiatives (internally and externally focused) across online & offline channels.
- Manage projects and collaborate with firm lawyers, marketing agencies and consultants for content creation, social media, website management, and content promotion.
- Triage, manage and execute sponsorship requests and opportunities
- Lead the planning and execution of client-focused business events, including hospitality sporting events in private suites
- Manage and process department invoices, and allocating expenditures to budgets
- Prepare and provide lead-generation information to the Business Development department
- Manage and maintain marketing collateral, branding elements, templates and digital asset library, according to the firm’s brand guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for improving the client experience through marketing initiatives

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- Marketing knowledge, education/or experience in related field.
- Completion of a degree or college diploma in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Experience working with professionals and management in a fast-paced and client focused environment.

**Others**:

- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Availability to work flexible hours at times, including evenings to attend business events and receptions.
