**Position Overview**

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand presence and strengthen client engagement. This role involves planning and executing marketing strategies, managing content, and supporting promotional initiatives that align with our business goals.

**Duties**
- Developing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Planning and executing promotional activities across various media
- Conducting market research
- Analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor data
- Managing content and communications
- Writing and editing promotional materials, newsletters, and press releases
- Coordinating events and sponsorships
- Organizing trade shows, product launches, and community outreach
- Monitoring campaign performance
- Tracking metrics and preparing reports to assess effectiveness
- Collaborating with internal teams
- Working with design, and product teams to align messaging
- Maintaining brand consistency
- Ensuring all communications reflect the organization’s brand identity

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience (construction or trades sector experience is an asset).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Familiar with social media platforms, basic design tools, and analytics software.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
