We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Project Coordinator to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to our customers.

As a Project Coordinator at Speedo Copy & Print, you will play a vital role in managing projects from initial client consultation through to production and delivery. You will work closely with both the sales and production teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the high standards we are known for. While previous experience in the field is preferred, we are looking for someone who is quick to learn, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and expectations.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Learn and operate digital printing machines and other production equipment.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to keep them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the preparation of quotes, orders, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure all quality control standards are met for each project.
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement and process optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a sales or production role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new tasks.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A willingness to learn and operate printing machinery and other production equipment.
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Training Provided**:

- Full training on digital printing machines and production processes will be provided.
- Ongoing support to develop skills in project management, sales coordination, and production handling.

Pay: $36,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
