Atlantic Faceplates specializes in the production and distribution of high-quality speedometer faceplates, including custom designs for rare and hard-to-find models.

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Production Assistant** to join our team based in North Surrey. While prior screen-printing experience is an asset, it is not required—we provide comprehensive training This long-term opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the screen-printing process, including setup, operation, and cleanup.
- Prepare screens, including coating, exposing, and reclaiming, following proper procedures.
- Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet customer specifications.
- Handle and organize materials, tools, and supplies efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols when working with inks, solvents, and other chemicals.
- Monitor and manage production workflow to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform light packaging, labeling, and inventory management tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High attention to detail for maintaining precision in production
- Proficiency in English for effective verbal communication and comprehension.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Comfort working around inks and solvent odors.
- Basic mechanical aptitude to operate and maintain production equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
