Specific Skills Supervise, coordinate and schedule printing, and finishing of printed and signage products. Plan workflows and establish efficient methods to meet customer orders and service timelines, coordinating work across departments. Review and approve all job proofs, samples, or mock-ups to ensure final products meet client specifications and FineCos quality standards. Train new and existing staff on proper job procedures, safe handling of sign-making materials, and company policies (including safety). Recommend personnel actions, such as hiring new team members, promotions, or other staffing decisions. Prepare production reports and other documentation (e.g., job logs, output, quality checks) to track performance and resource needs.
