**Pourquoi ce role est-il important?**
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Health Clinic Operations, the Clinic Operations Coordinator will work closely with the clinic teams and head office team on growth opportunities for the Health Clinic by Shoppers. She/he will support the standardization of all clinics across Canada and assist in the training of all standardized processes to clinic staff.
**What You'll Do**:
**Employee assistance**:
- Assist in the writing of job descriptions for future clinic roles.
- Review and screen resumes for new hires
- Assist clinics in the onboarding of new staff and that approval process is completed thoroughly.
- Assist team and investigate any payroll/benefit concerns.
- Ensure team members are up-to-date on all Academy courses (compliance, training, development)
- Oversee training & development programs for clinic staff
**Admin support**:
- Plan meetings for team members
- Liaise with clinic managers to set up weekly meetings
- Assist in reconciling expenses against the various clinics
- Keep track of maintenance for all clinics through Office Trax
- Ensure all training binders are up to date for each clinic
- Support the implementation and dissemination of staff, physician and patient satisfaction surveys, and assist with programs and training to improve satisfaction scores
**EMR**:
- Generate statistics and reports from Accuro regarding clinic productivity.
- Become a Super User in Accuro and ensure that database(s) are up-to-date (address book, forms, etc.) and future databases are built based on the needs of specific clinics (location specific, etc.).
**Occ Health & Safety**:
- Schedule clinic monthly meetings and ensure produced monthly reports are forwarded to Loblaw H&S in a timely manner
- Ensure MSDS and H&S binders stay up to date
- Ensure H&S boards are ordered as clinics are opened and all boards have similar information for staff
**What You'll Need**:
- Minimum 2-3 years healthcare experience, ideally in a primary care setting
- Undergraduate degree in business or health-related program
- Motivated self-starter, with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint),
- Advance Knowledge of electronic medical systems, ideally Accuro EMR
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong relationship building skills
- Must be adaptable and flexible
- Possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, high volume work environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management capabilities
- High level of professionalism and ability to deal effectively with all levels within the organization as well as external contacts
- Demonstrate and ability to work in a fast pace environment and manage multiple priorities
- Some travel required.
