**Summary**

Our Technical Sales Representative is the principal point of contact between KaizenLAB Inc. and its customers. This role ensures current customers have the right services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers. In many ways the face of the company, our sales representative may do everything from responding to phone calls to monitoring the competition, all while maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities

**Job Duties**
- Serves customers by selling analytical services and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential accounts
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Submit quotes by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keeps management informed by keeping details and accurate notes in Sales Force
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services, and delivery schedules.
- Recommends changes in service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales in Sales Force
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years’ experience working in outside sales
- Strong, demonstrated proficiency in relationship selling
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Able to work well under pressure and strong attention to detail.
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
