The Role

As our **Digital Marketing, HubSpot & IT Support Manager**, you’ll wear a few hats:

- Lead our **HubSpot CRM** setup and marketing automation
- Manage and optimize our **WordPress/Webflow** website
- Own our **social media strategy** (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Provide **IT support** for our team

This role blends digital strategy, content creation, analytics—and some hands-on IT know-how.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep our website updated and SEO-friendly
- Schedule and manage social media content across platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver monthly reports
- Support our internal team with basic tech help (software, logins, onboarding)

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years in digital marketing + HubSpot CRM experience
- Familiar with WordPress or Webflow
- Data-driven and organized
- Healthcare or service industry experience
