About the Role We are seeking a HubSpot Solutions Consultant who will serve as a strategic partner to our clients. This is not a behind-the-scenes execution role; you will own client relationships end-to-end, guide HubSpot strategy and adoption, and position MAC as the preferred long-term partner. Responsibilities Serve as the primary HubSpot solutions consultant and trusted advisor for assigned clients. Work as an extension of client teams, helping shape automation strategy, process design, and business alignment. Guide clients on designing customer journeys, lifecycle management, segmentation strategies, and more. Provide clear recommendations using HubSpot analytics and reporting. Lead client conversations, facilitate training sessions, and present strategic roadmaps. Identify opportunities for clients to expand capabilities and confidently upsell services when beneficial. What You Bring 3–5+ years of HubSpot consulting experience (HubSpot certifications an asset). Proven ability to influence, present, and lead client conversations. Strong understanding of automation strategy, customer journeys, and data management. Experience with CRM systems. What We Offer Competitive salary, benefits, and vacation.
