Conditions of Employment:

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must be able to read, write and speak in both French and English

Qualifications:
**Essential**:

- Experience providing clerical and administrative support.
- Experience reading legal descriptions, survey and/or subdivision plans.
- Experience working with database systems, including data entry for updating and maintaining file information.
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel or similar programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining positive working relationships with the public and staff.
- Strong verbal communication skills for dealing with the public and staff by phone and in person in English and French.
- Strong written communication skills for preparing letters and other types of documents in English and French.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for meeting strict deadlines.
- Experience processing and analyzing documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

**Desired**:

- Knowledge of assessment services including policy, taxation and applicable statute law.
