**About the Role**
Coast Appliances is seeking a talented and driven Business Analyst to join our Operations team. In this critical role, you will support the overall operations of the company by maintaining key data in ePASS and auditing compliance with established operational processes. Additionally, you will assist in setting operational objectives, analyzing data, and implementing improvements to enhance performance and optimize processes for better customer service and Store support.

**The key responsibilities for our Business Analyst include**:
**ePass Maintenance**
- Audit written and shipped invoices for compliance with established operational processes
- Maintain ePASS integrity by completing required data uploads and reviewing templates for missing or incorrect data points
- Allocate and unallocate inventory as needed to ensure appropriate inventory allocation
- Process daily shipped invoices and escalate any issues as necessary
- Process online payment refunds for inside sales and web orders
- Validate and approve weekly stock transfer requests for logistics, purchasing, and branches

**Auditing, Analyzing & Optimizing Performance**:

- Utilize reporting tools to understand non-compliance trends
- Compile weekly updates to highlight performance wins and address challenges
- Review outstanding Builders Allowances and Loaner Invoices to ensure accounts reconcile
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager, OSG & Special Projects to improve operational processes based on findings
- Experience with ePASS is an asset
- Strong interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure, particularly during peak hours or high-stress situations
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and make decisions without constant supervision
- Strong process facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new concepts and tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
