**About the Role**

As the **Manager, Fund Development**, you will play a vital role in growing and sustaining financial support for JA Southern Alberta. You’ll work closely with colleagues to develop strategies that build strong relationships with donors, secure funds, and drive engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for mission-driven work, a strategic mindset, and a strong track record in fundraising.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Fundraising Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive fund development strategy to meet short
- and long-term funding goals.
- **Donor Relationships**: Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and corporate partners, creating meaningful opportunities for engagement.
- **Event Planning**: Oversee fundraising events, including planning, budgeting, and managing event logistics to achieve revenue targets.
- **Data Management**: Track and analyze fundraising metrics, ensuring accurate donor records and effective use of CRM (Salesforce) software.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with program managers, marketing, and finance teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree in arts, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or related fields, with a proven track record of meeting fundraising goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with donors and build authentic relationships.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with grant writing, sponsorship solicitation, and managing donor databases (knowledge of Salesforce is an asset).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
