Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Liaise with other departments in the onboarding of new employees (Operations, Payroll, IT) ensuring all employment and training requirements are met.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data to assist with HR programs and reporting.
- Assist the Regional Managers in performance management procedures (ie. reviews, surveys).
- Assist in scheduling HR meetings and events and maintaining the team’s agenda and minutes.
- Coordinate the scheduling and communication of training sessions.
- Assist in HR projects such as our annual staff conference, coordinating communication of our Familiarization trips, collection of employee feedback and material for staff newsletter.

**Requirements and skills**
- Experience in a HR coordinator role or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of Excel and record databases.
- Familiarity with the recruiting process and onboarding employees.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

University or College education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
