**NOW HIRING**

The Warehouse Supervisor/Receiver is responsible and accountable for all activities related to the ongoing development and management of the warehouse operations. We want a team player who can collaborate with others to coordinate the workflow in the warehouse, and also handle the responsibilities of a leader by delegating tasks and maintaining order.

**Duties**:

- Responsible for receiving and bulking various waste streams and general waste handling from receipt to final shipment
- Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, material receiving storage, outbound shipment, inventory management
- Warehouse management duties such as guiding team members in their daily tasks, and direct supervision of staff to ensure peak efficiency of all ongoing projects
- Identify training opportunities with warehouse associates and participate in training new staff
- Completion and final verification of government manifests, work orders, inspection paperwork and reports
- Assisting with the co-ordination of warehouse/equipment maintenance and repairs, and maintenance of inventory levels

**Skills**
- Good interpersonal and communication skills enabling collaboration with immediate team, other departments and executives
- Intermediate computer skills so as to use company systems for tasks such as: (i) scanning barcodes and weighing waste; (ii) completing electronic records such as manifests and waste volume reports; (iii) inter-company communications
- Know when to tackle tasks independently and when to ask for help
- Good time management and organization
- Motivated and committed so as to seek out opportunities to improve the business and show initiative

**Training/Education**
- General knowledge of Ontario health & safety regulations (including WHMIS), Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulations, federal and provincial environmental legislation
- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in related work experience demonstrating strong leadership skills including ability to manage, motivate and train employees
- **Experience in pharmaceutical processing is not required but is a valuable asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
