Let’s Grow Together. Currently, recruiting for the position of Warehouse Coordinator out of our Corporate Drive, Burlington (ON) warehouse

**Responsibilities**:
LTL Supervision:

- Oversee day to day operations with LTL inbound/outbound shipments.
- Support others on team and provide direction.

Warehouse Coordination:

- Assist Warehouse Supervisor with daily operations as required.
- Assist others in the department as instructed by Warehouse Coordinators and Supervisor.
- Provide Vacation Coverage to Warehouse Coordinators and Supervisors as required.

Material Handling:

- Loading and unloading product into and from truck trailers using forklift truck, reach truck or pump truck (and other equipment as assigned).
- Operate Shunt Truck within Sylvite Yard.
- Maintain and organize inventory, perform inventory counts.

Customer Contact:

- Books appointments with carriers and clients.
- Liaise with client’s regards inventory status, receipts, orders.
- Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors
- Entering data into the WMS.
- Enters orders, create receipts, run queries.
- Create and maintain excel spreadsheets.
- Periodic work on various office and warehouse software and systems.

Other Duties:

- Assist as Health and Safety Representative.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
- Assisting others in the department as instructed by their supervisor.
- General office duties.
- Check orders.
- Oversee label process.
- Process goods for shipping with various courier software.

**Education, Experience and / or Training Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years experience handling documents related to shipping and receiving
- Experience with a computerized warehousing software system.
- Moderate aptitude re Microsoft Office programs - Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burlington, ON L7L 6H4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- handling documents related to shipping and receiving: 2 years (preferred)
- computerized warehousing software system: 1 year (preferred)
