_We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely processing of orders, and maintaining a safe working environment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits._

**Duties**:

- Supervise warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations
- Coordinate and prioritize daily activities to meet production goals
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Operate forklifts (Counterbalance, Walkie, Raymond Reach) and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Assist with picking and packing orders when needed, using RF Scanners

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerized inventory management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is preferred
- Forklift license and experience required: Counterbalance, Walkie, Raymond Reach
- Comfortability working in a freezer and cold environments

**Time**: 3pm - 11pm with flexibility to work other shifts as well.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burlington, ON L7L 0C1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
