**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of construction and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Assist in blueprint reading to understand project requirements and communicate them effectively to the team.
- Manage inventory of materials and tools, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for ongoing projects.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members on best practices in construction techniques, including drywall installation and painting.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively to maintain a positive work environment.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or maintenance industry.
- Strong maintenance person skills with proficiency in drywall installation, caulking, carpentry, and construction painting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Excellent leadership qualities with strong communication skills to motivate and guide team members.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
