**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform various demolition tasks, including removing walls, flooring, and fixtures.
- Assist with general construction and renovation projects, such as framing, drywall installation, painting, and basic carpentry ( install doors, windows and cabinetry).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by regularly performing site cleanup, including waste removal, sweeping, and organizing materials.
- Conduct landscaping duties, including yard maintenance, debris removal, and minor landscape construction.
- Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Electrical and plumbing interfaces: Coordinate with licensed professionals as needed; perform cosmetic and fixture installations (e.g., outlets, lighting, faucets) within safety guidelines.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist other trades and team members as required to support overall project completion.
- Project coordination: Schedule trades, order materials, manage budgets, and communicate progress with supervisors

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a handyperson or in a similar construction-related role.
- Solid understanding of basic construction techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Has Vehicle
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working with computers and digital tools; committed to continuous improvement and technical growth
