**Securiguard is a different kind of company. Good work is recognized and rewarded We never hold anyone back from promotions and opportunities. We are currently seeking to hire and place a number of Retail Loss Prevention Guards for Ottawa wide retailer.**
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- Valid Security Guard License and CPR
- Have 1.5+ years of Uniformed Security experience in a retail, hospital, College, hospitality or public building setting
- Must have Use of Force Training
- Be able and willing to work at different stores in Ottawa
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Demonstrated ability to prepare professional security reports with meticulous detail and grammar
- Willingness to complete all required training modules that include Lawful Subject Restraint, Crisis Management - both of which require annual recertification
- Knowledge of Canada Criminal Code and 494(c)
- Conflict Resolution and De-Escalation skills
- Ability/willingness to conduct arrests in appropriate and sanctioned situations

Pay Rate**:$23 per hour**
