**Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate vehicle repairs for customer understanding
- Basic math knowledge
- Computer and data-entry skills
- Organizational and record-keeping skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments over the phone
- Listen carefully to customer descriptions and initiate work orders
- Communicate with technicians on vehicle needs, source and order parts
- Advise the customer on the auto repairs that the technicians recommend and provide a pricing quote and answer any questions
- Communicate with vendors and technicians to make sure everything needed is on hand. Process any returns in a timely manner
- Provide updates to customers on vehicle status, returns messages in a timely manner
- Maintain customer records and vendor records
- Process customer and vendor payments
- Inventory shop supplies and order as needed
- Perform other duties as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: One location
