You will work on our a fast-paced Digital Transformation small but mighty team on a challenging and varied scope of work. Part of the transformation grow the maturity of our People Analytics portfolio at Allstate Canada. Reporting to the Manager, People Analytics, the People Analytics Reporting Specialist will be responsible for the ongoing execution and delivery of regular and ad hoc Talent reporting, and will support the design, maintenance and optimization of Talent reporting solutions. The role will also support various people analytics projects, working closely with colleagues across our Human Resources team and other functions within the organization. **Accountabilities**: Responsible for the design, development and delivery of regular and ad hoc reporting deliverables for various stakeholders as well as enhancement of existing reports Create, Update, Refine and Maintain complex SQL queries for the operational reporting Support reporting and analytics projects such as creating a unified HR Data layer and development and testing of new reporting functionality Design, develop and deploy business intelligence solutions such as dashboards and interactive visual reports as per requirements Support transformative Process Optimization, automation and efficiency **Qualifications**: 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in People Analytics or HR Reporting An exceptional knowledge of relational and multidimensional databases, and SQL and strong experience in reporting tools and systems on Oracle Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and client-servicing skills, with the ability to communicate expertly and professionally with all levels of the organization Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Advanced computer skills, with high proficiency Office 365 suite especially with Excel Allstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
