**Human Resources Assistant**
**Job Duties**:
1. Complete all aspects of recruitment process
3. Check and record daily attendance for all employees
4. Make and post the weekly schedule
5. Help to process the payroll every 2 weeks
7. Prepare employment verification letters
8. Advise and implement company policies, procedures
9. Maintain a positive and respectful work environment
10.Facilitate performance management and annual evaluations
11.Assist the HR manager with miscellaneous duties when needed
**Required education and skills**:
1. **Bachelor’s Degree (in Business or Human Resource)**
2. Must have 1 to 2 years of HR experience
3. Is organized when filing documents and juggling various responsibilities
4. Can think, speak, and write clearly and logically in English
5. Has strong ability to use Microsoft Office Applications (especially Word and Excel)
6. Bilingual (English / French) is an asset - verbal and written forms.
**Job Types**:
Full-time, Work-at-office (not a remote position), Permanent contract, Monday-to-Friday work schedule
We may require background and criminal check when hired.
If employee passes the probation period, the salary may be adjust after the probation period ends.

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
