From its roots as a trading office back in 2001, Everison International Group Inc. was created in Canada. Over the years, Everison International Group Inc. has grown from mostly dealing with scrap metals and steel pipes, to a fully-fledged trading company that deals with different types of commodities from all over the world.
Everison International Group Inc. continues its importing, exporting, and trading business as we continue our unprecedented growth in the scrap, steel, pipe, and trading industries in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and beyond, we now need to hire more dynamic employees to join our team

**Human Resources Responsibilities**:
- Assist with managing and maintaining employee attendance for payroll purposes, also employee leave control, and notifications.
- Assist with maintaining and updating company and HR policies as situations change.
- Manage all employee files, data, and company IT information.
- Help to facilitate employee performance evaluations regularly.
**Administrative Responsibilities**:
- Lead, supervise, and support administrative duties on a daily basis to ensure compliance; support office staff with regard to meeting deadlines, and better ways to improve services and function efficiently.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external clients through effective and timely communication.
- Arrange orientation programs, information sessions, in order to foster employee work success.
- Oversee the management of physical and electronic records for office and employee documents.
- Assist in maintaining company supplies and equipments, invoices, and expense reports.
- Recommend procedural changes to improve the effective functioning of the company and office administration.
- Assist with managing company phone system, internet, computer maintenance, repair with external contractors.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- A university degree or college diploma in business administration, Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office administration/HR execution position.
- Strong oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- Good judgement, self-motivation, discretion, tact and the ability to maintain confidentiality are imperative.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to work proficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid computer skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
