**About us**

Sprouted In Life Support Services is a growing contract support worker business. We are rewarding, engaging, and inclusive, and our goal is to provide one to one in person support to individuals facing barriers of participation in their community. We work as a team to ensure we have obtainable short term and long term goals in the areas of social, emotional, intellectual, physical and spiritual well-being. Our hopes are, with consistent support and tracking of progress, that we can help individuals reach new highs in their life, gain independence and support healthy relationships with the people around them.

RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

- Must be able to identify needs, abilities, strengths and interests and adapt programming on an individual basis with a strong additional focus on family and caregiver support
- Ongoing evaluation of progress and identifying key aspects of plan.
- Must have the motivation to self schedule and multitask.
- Must have proven programming techniques to improve the physical, cognitive, emotional and social health, promoting connectivity and participation.
- **Must be able to drive.**

SKILLS
- Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and the ability to work independently
- Possess strong documentation skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Current Standard and/or Emergency First Aid and CPR certification
- Vulnerable Sector check and clearance
- Reliable means of transportation is a must

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Part-time hours: 3-10 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Flexible schedule

Schedule:
**Client dependent, must have 3-20 hours a week available between 9am and 8pm**
