Now hiring Scholar for Youth and Community Engagement SeekersGuidance Canada is looking for a dynamic qualified scholar to serve as a Youth and Community Engagement Scholar at our new Centre in the Greater Toronto Area. This full-time, on-ground role involves delivering high-quality Islamic education, mentorship, and community programming in accordance with SeekersGuidance standards. Key Job Parameters: Department: Academy Reports to: Dean of Academy Location: Seekers Canada Islamic Centre, Mississauga Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Islamic education teaching multiple youth courses Provide mentorship and engage students in educational content development Lead general community educational and engagement programming Be available at the Centre to provide religious guidance and advice Contribute to both local impact and global reach as the organization grows Qualifications: Strong Islamic studies background through formal study under recognized scholars (completing a recognized program of Islamic Studies) Adherence to mainstream Islamic scholarship in beliefs and practice Prior experience as a Teacher and working at an educational institution is highly desirable References from recognized scholars are critical #J-18808-Ljbffr
