We work as a team to ensure we have obtainable short term and long term goals in the areas of social, emotional, intellectual, physical and spiritual well-being. Our hopes are, with consistent support and tracking of progress, that we can help individuals reach new highs in their life, gain independence and support healthy relationships with families and/or professionals..

RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):
- Must be able to identify needs, abilities, strengths and interests and adapt programming on an individual basis with a strong additional focus on family and caregiver support
- Ongoing evaluation of progress and identifying key aspects of plan.
- Must have proven programming techniques to improve the physical, cognitive, emotional and social health, promoting connectivity and participation,
SKILLS

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Standard and/or Emergency First Aid and CPR certification
