As a Chief of Staff at Rove Concepts, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic support and operational leadership to the executive team, ensuring the seamless execution of key initiatives. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional executive assistance, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's long-term vision and success. This dynamic role provides exposure to a wide range of organizational functions, fostering continuous learning and professional development.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Facilitate effective communication between departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing critical insights to inform decision-making processes.
- Provide direct support to the executive team, managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic plan.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of strategic initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on performance metrics to the executive team.
- Contribute to leadership development programs and succession planning.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at events and conferences.
- Drive innovation initiatives to keep the company at the forefront of industry trends.
- Provide critical analysis and insights to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure informed decision support.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:

- Proven experience in an executive-level role, preferably as a Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officer, or similar position.
- Track record of successfully supporting and collaborating with executive level leadership
- Strong project management skills with a history of successfully leading and overseeing complex projects.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
- Track record of providing critical analysis and insights to support executive decision-making.
- Travel may be required
- Proficiency in utilizing data analysis tools and presenting actionable insights.
- Proven success in leading organizational change initiatives, including change management planning and execution.
- Experience fostering a positive and adaptive organizational culture during periods of change.
- Familiarity with the furniture, e-commerce, or related industries is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills with a history of clear and effective communication at all organizational levels.
- Comfort and proficiency with technology tools, including project management, communication, and collaboration platforms
- Commitment to continuous improvement and a history of identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Previous experience handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to the development and execution of organizational strategic plans.
