**Duities and Responsibility**:
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical assistance to manufacturing teams, addressing issues related to equipment, processes, and product quality.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control activities.
- **Equipment Monitoring**: Monitor the performance of manufacturing equipment, identify potential issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
- **Quality Control**: Assist in quality control processes, conducting inspections and tests to ensure products meet established standards.
- **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and technicians to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- **Inventory Management**: Track and manage inventory levels of materials and supplies used in the manufacturing process.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to and promote safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations in the manufacturing environment.
- **Training Support**: Assist in training manufacturing staff on technical procedures and best practices.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- **Technical Aptitude**: Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- **Problem Solving**: Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical issues in a manufacturing setting.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and quality control activities.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with manufacturing teams.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support overall manufacturing goals.
**Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or technical certification in a relevant field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to technical support activities.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and equipment operation.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and analysis.
- Understanding of safety protocols and compliance in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required in a manufacturing environment.
