We’re looking for an ambitious and hard-working professional to join our **Maintenance team** in the role of **Technical Assistant, Reliability**

**As a Technical Assistant, Reliability you will.**
- Conduct daily walk throughs and inspections to ensure all mechanical systems are functioning properly.
- Work with various trades and provide a helping hand to task completion
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; using sight, sound and feel to determine troublesome areas.
- Willingly to organize and sort materials and supplies
- Assisting with the daily maintenance of the facility (i.e. changing lightbulbs, unclogging toilets, etc.)
- Coordinate work with contractors
- Respond to emergencies
- Other duties as required

**You would be the best fit for this role if you have**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic maintenance tasks
- Experience with PVC repairs considered an asset
- Forklift certification preferred
- Willing to perform various support tasks
- Ability to work any shift, overtime and weekend rotations as needed
- Demonstrate regard for safety and knowledge of standards
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs independently
- Moving and re-arranging furniture as needed within safety standards and limits

**Bonus points if you have**
- Previous experience working with cannabis considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
