The Job
- Focus 100% of your time on origination of loans and client relationship building - full time UW support provided by in-house staff
- Fact-find effectively to establish the client’s current finances and future aspirations
- Strive to maintain general knowledge of the financial services industry, competition, trends and market conditions
**The Skills**
- This role is ideal for someone currently working as a Mortgage Agent or Broker and looking for a more dynamic opportunity in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge and experience of the Canadian Mortgage Industry and Financial Services and Broker and Dealer operations
- Self-starting entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional time management skills and superior attention to detail
- Are honest, empathetic, have a trustworthy attitude, and have respect for confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A sense of humour
