**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**
- Processes accounts receivable and revenue collection functions, including preparing, printing, and posting invoices in QuickBooks, following up on outstanding invoices and administering collection
- Bank reconciliation, Payroll remittance Filing, Year-end adjustments, Weekly Payroll, WSIB premium reporting, and office filing
- Experience with QuickBooks for general contractors; create quotes & sales invoices
- Ensures completeness and accuracy of all accounts receivable databases and files, including monthly, periodic, and annual reconciliation of control accounts
- Record keeping of supplier invoices and reconcile invoices and payments to maintain financial accuracy
- Makes recommendations for continual process improvements and ensures that procedures are documented
- Performs other related ad-hoc duties as required by Office Manager

**Education and Experience**
- QuickBooks Online: 1 year of experience preferred
- Previous experience working at a general contracting company preferred
- Knowledge and advanced skills in Excel
- Accounts receivables and Accounts Payable experience and expertise
- 3 - 5 years experience

Salary commensurate with experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
