**The role**:
Reporting to the Manager Seller Acquisition, the Seller Onboarding Specialist, Marketplace is part of a specialized operations team responsible for providing direct support to Reitmans Canada sellers as part of their registration and onboarding process onto the Marketplace. Providing our customers with a seamless and exceptional experience when interacting with our brands, you are the critical link between our Sellers and our customers, safeguarding the platform for both sellers and customers. You will build valuable relationships with new and existing partners, provide technical and training support when needed, and play a pivotal role in the Marketplace Seller strategy execution. An incredible developmental opportunity, you will receive training and become an expert at using the Mirakl platform as well as SalesForce CRM.

**What you do**:

- Support and optimize the onboarding process in partnership with your teammates and external partners;
- Work closely with the Marketplace Catalog Specialist during the acquisition and handover process, along with Sellers’ loading of products and offers on our platform;
- Track seller activities and onboarding pipelines in the internal CRM, including detailed and important updates for all seller interactions;
- Coordinate with the Marketplace Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth and successful seller launches.

**Qualifications**:
**Who you are**:

- College graduate in commerce, IT systems, Marketing, or equivalent field of study ;
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role coordinating projects, dealing with vendors, and accurately recording data ;
- Skilled in MS Office;
- Interest in e-Commerce/Online business and passion for innovation, automation and operational excellence;
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
