Reporting to the Director of Digital and Business Optimization, the Senior Amazon Sales and Optimization Manager is responsible for maintaining, optimizing and evolving all our Amazon stores for both our brands. In addition to being the point of reference within the company for all strategies and tactics relating to Amazon and marketplaces, he/she is in charge of evolving our Amazon sales strategies, and those for our stores worldwide.

What you will do:

- Manage all Amazon stores worldwide including: product set-up, sourcing, follow-up with Amazon,...
- Optimize our Amazon stores through A/B testing, listing optimizations, strategy adjustments,
- Provide sales forecasts for each product and store
- Implement Amazon search engine optimization strategies.
- Analyze sales performance and provide monthly and weekly reports with insights to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the Amazon advertising specialist to improve our sponsored products, sponsored brand, sponsored display and Amazon DSP campaigns.
- Monitor the latest trends related to selling via marketplaces and provide recommendations to the company.
- Manage and develop our stores on other marketplaces such as Walmart, NewEgg, Target, etc.
- Evolve the way we manage our stores in order to maintain and grow our market share.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 1 to 2 years experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent ability to multi-task, extremely detail-oriented and motivated to play a key role in a growing company
- Bilingualism in English and French; frequent contact outside Quebec.
