**Position**:School Administrator - For Private Montessori School / Licenced Child-Care Centres

(Full Time)

**Position Summary**:
Under the direction of the Leadership Team, the Welcome Centre is the first point of contact, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere and general school support to Students, School Families and Faculty.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Office Administration along with Minimum One-Year Office Experience (preferred)
- Experience in School Administration/Child-Care Centre Environment Considered an Asset
- Standard First Aid & CPR (Level C) Certification
- Current and Satisfactory Police Information Check (Vulnerable Sector Search)
- Current Immunization Including Covid-19 Vaccination & TB Test

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Results-Oriented, Solution Seeker, Ability to Multi-task
- Teamwork and Collaboration
- Comfortable working Independently and in a Team-Based Environment
- Social Media Platforms (Instagram) - considered an asset

**Duties Include**:

- Responsible for Day-to-Day School Activities
- Scheduling School Tours and Calendar Management
- Maintaining School Records and Databases
- Ordering and Maintaining Office Supplies
- Supporting School Events (example: School Concerts) and Committees (example: Fundraising)
- Support Student Needs at Welcome Centre
- Perform Additional Duties as Assigned
