**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Install a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, and draperies, with precision and care.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements.
- Perform necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit and functionality of window treatments.
- Conduct restoration work as needed, ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality control.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for installation tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with caulking techniques and materials for finishing touches on installations.
- Knowledge of plumbing principles may be beneficial for certain installations.
- Experience in flooring installation or tile laying is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
